Since its inception in 2003, Connecting Canada Inc. has had a single focus of expanding the Connecting Neighbours program throughout Canada and today serves over 1,200 neighbourhoods. The company is now dramatically expanding its offering to include innovative programs that help real estate professionals Find, Grow and Keep MORE Business.
Peter Luft, the Founder and CEO of Connection Builder, a former real estate professional, is no stranger to building internationally recognized companies. In early 2000 he and 4 other individuals conceptualized the Connecting Neighbors program in the U.S., developed the technology, designed and built an incredible sales, service and support team and ultimately built the business into the world leading provider of Interactive Neighbourhood Websites. Today, Connecting Neighbors in the U.S. and Connecting Neighbours in Canada collectively serve over 10,000 neighbourhoods throughout North America.
In late 2004, Connecting Neighbors U.S. merged with Reply, Inc. and is continuing to grow and prosper as a successful stand-alone operation. In Canada, Connecting Neighbours has continued to be owned and operated by Connecting Canada Inc. and is continuing to grow and expand its coverage and operations throughout Canada.
The 123 Listing Place program is the Canadian counterpart of the 123 Main Street program in the U.S. which was created by Jay and Lynn Otlewski, the original creators of the Connecting Neighbors concept. Jay oversees all operations for 123 Main Street in the U.S. and runs the sales division, while Lynn stays in regular contact with all members on how to use 123 Main Street websites to their fullest advantage.
The technology behind 123 Listing Place has been built to withstand tremendous growth and to simplify the site building and maintenance process for our customers and our customer support and service team.
